This book is about a young girl named Nora who find herself uncontrollably inside the world of fallen angels and nephelim. In the first book "Hush Hush" we are introduced to Patch and his "bad boy" ways. After time Nora becomes curious and starts digging around when she comes across an article on a current new friend Elliot who was questioned at his previous school, King-Horn Prep, about a murder. In the climax of the book, she faces of against Jules, an evil nephelim, with Patch and Nora makes a sacrafice for a guy she is truly, madly, irrevecobly in love with.
In "Crescendo", Patch and Noras relationship is taking a turn for the worst and becoming rough. eventually they break up, and Patch after recently getting his wings back due to not taking Noras sacrafice in the previous book is now reassigned from Nora to her arch enemy, Marcie Millar. From then on Nora gets strange messages from an anonymous sender claiming to be the Black Hand, who supposedly kills her father. A boy named Scott makes a reapperance in Nora's life only he is nephelim and Nora knows. So Scott and Nora are stuck together figuring stuff out while Marcie and Patch get super heated and very close. It seems as all hope is lost for Nora when Patches best friend and her best friends boyfriend (rixon) trys to kill her in order to get his own wings back when Patch saves her and welcomes her back into his life very receptively. All seems to go well until An evil Nephelim Named Chauncey Langias who is wondering what happened to his dear friend on the night of Noras planned sacrafice!
I can't wait to see what comes Next for Nora and Jev (patch) in the hopefully upcoming books!
